I understand you hail from the Gant’s Hill area, here in the United Kingdom. We are campaigning for saving Gants Hills greatest landmark, the old Odeon Cinema which is threatened with demolition. I am sure this may come as no surprise but to date we have received hundreds of signatures by way of petitioning. As support and awareness is gaining momentum we are preparing to go to press. Several well known personalities who have been linked with the Gants Hill area during their lives are being extended invitations to pledge their support for residents’ desire to maintain the ‘essence’ of the site before it gets bulldozed to make way for a supermarket or flats.

I am hopeful that you too will be sympathetic to the above concerns. Accordingly, I will be happy to provide a detailed account of progress to date for you to consider.
