Have you checked out mtv.co.uk? They have some live performances by a bunch of bands, including sleeper, echobelly, radiohead, etc. It's definitely worth a look. I'm going to see if i can somehow save these to my hard drive. If you know how to do it please let me know. they're streamed in either realvideo or windows media formats, so it might not be possible to save them.
