WHY RECORD AT BARK?
Undoubtedly a major reason is the opportunity to work with the excellent technical team - renowned producer Brian O'Shaughnessy and talented engineer Paul Middleton are based at the studio. The superb results achieved at Bark by a favourite band may be another lure. However, as many bands, managers, and record companies have realised, Bark Studio is simply an affordable, relaxed and comfortable working environment, free from hassle and distractions.

From Vu: It looks like the studio they used for SMART (same era with Indolent, Shampoo, and Dodgy!), I know that THE IT GIRL was recorded at Townhouse Studios. Brian O'Shaughnessy sounds VERY familiar, anyone care to remind me ? Yeah, I'm too chicken to contact the studio to ask, because y'know I might be barking up the wrong tree ;).
