Bill Mantlo wrote scripts for nearly every major Marvel character including Spider-Man, Iron Man, and the Hulk. Without him, we would have been deprived of Rom, Cloak & Dagger, and The Micronauts, to name but a few! The time has come to pay it forward. In 1992, Mr. Mantlo was struck by a car and suffered irrereparable brain damage, requiring full-time care ever since. With Mantlo: A Life In Comics, writer David Yurkovich creates a retrospective of Mantlo's career, with all proceeds from the book going towards Bill's care.
