Although DC President & Publisher Paul Levitz is better known by many for his present job, there are still plenty of fans around who remember him first and foremost as a comic book writer, one who had a cool stint on the 1970s revival of All-Star Comics and a highly respected run on Legion of Super-Heroes. For the first time in way too long, 2006 saw Levitz put the writer's hat back on to tackle a six-issue arc of JSA, the last of the that particular series featuring the world's first superhero team. The result was a wild, entertaining ride through the origin of the Gentleman Ghost and visitations with the team's past. A must for JSA fans!
