Now that you’ve had some time to think I want to hear from you and what is geeking you out the most about the coming year. Is it the resolution to Spider-Man: The Other, DC’s “One Year Later” event or the end of Infinite Crisis, the return of the Astonishing X-Men, Grant Morrison/Jim Lee relaunching Wildcats, or the conclusion of Planetary that is exciting you the most?
Whatever it is, I’d like to know about it, but for now, let’s see What Looks Good…
INFINITE CRISIS #4 $3.99 (Geoff Johns / Phil Jimenez)
I don’t know about you, but this book/event is shaping up to live up to all of the hype that has been surrounding it. I don’t want to say all that much about what happened last issue because I don’t want to give anything away (I mean, wow, who say THAT ending coming), but I am very eager to see what happens next. It’s obvious that some major plans have been put into motion and just like the original Crisis... this one is setting itself up to be quite a tragedy.
That’s why I like this book so much. A good tragedy is one where the villains are really just people with good intentions going about things in the wrong way.
