ROCK-1, MARY MARVEL, and TARA (Apr 2005), at PITTSBURGH COMICON 2005 from Tom Smith
That's not Ice Maiden. This piece was colored incorrectly (due to the same case of mistaken identity). If you look at the uniform details, that character is actually Rock-1 from the fun but short lived 1987 cartoon The Bionic Six. She was not colored incorrectly. The person (that's him in the background shooting) who commissioned this from me and George at the Pittsburgh C Con had all the reference we need including color reference. On the color ref that is exactly how her costume was colored.
I think she was an Anime character because the ref looked like an animation cell.
So if she is Rock-1 or whoever that is the way she was colored in the reference.
