NEW WHIRLWIND OF A DC LOGO **UPDATED

DC Comics is getting a new logo according to an article on the New York Times. The new logo will first appear on May 25th comics and be seen on DVDs, on the upcoming Batman Begins, and other DC-related products. The article also mentioned DVD releases of Lois and Clark, Static Shock, and Challenge of the Superfriends and that the Legion of Super-Heroes was being developed as a cartoon series.
According to the article the change was help "utilize the power of DC:
"We're talking about a multibillion-dollar brand," said Kevin Tsujihara, the Warner Brothers executive vice president for corporate business development and strategy, whose portfolio includes DC Comics. "There was a level of concern that we weren't fully utilizing the power of DC."
