All advance orders have been shipped and most contributers too, I need Bill Walko address so I can get his package out to him. I still have a few new orders and contributers copies to ship as soon as I get them and get them signed by George and his wife, I'll will get them out to those who haven't received them. I do apologize for the inconvience and really want to thank you for all your support.
