I do not work for Dynamic Forces, but their Remarked Editions of JLA/AVENGERS #1 is available for sale on their website. At the time of my first report, their website did not list the remarked Batman or Superman (I am assuming they took down those items to update their status).

Please keep in mind that their website and information is not entirely reliable. For instance, neither of the MILLENNIUM EDITION: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS #1 SUPGERGIRL RE-MARKED EDITION (Dynamic Forces) or MILLENNIUM EDITION: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS #1 FLASH RE-MARKED EDITION (Dynamic Forces) is sketched by George Pérez. The description on their website is deceiving. Please see related for more details.
