The first autographed edition of CAPTAIN AWARENESS listed in PREVIEWS was signed by George and myself for $5.95. The second one was signed by George and myself, in addition to Alex Ross, Dick Giordano, Colleen Doran, and Jimmy Palmiotti for $12.95. As for ship dates, I cannot say--that is up to Diamond. All I know is that I shipped the comics to them within a week of receiving their orders, so I don't know how long it will take for them to deliver the books to retailers.
