The best thing to do is to CALL the CBLDF at 1-800-99-CBLDF.
They do have some copies still left to exchange for damaged copies or other problems. Since you have a "pending" order, you should be able to clear the matter up with them over the phone, and get one of the few remaining Deluxe editions. Failing that, you *might* be able to ask them to purchase one of the damaged return copies.
