This magazine is in outstanding investment-grade condition having been carefully stored since it was originally purchased nearly 30 years ago!

This giant black-and-white magazine was published by Marvel to allow their creators the freedom of presenting great Hulk stories without the restrictions and censorship of the Comics Code Authority (which has been censoring color comics since the late-1950's).

This issue features two great stories! In "A Gathering of Doom" the Hulk battles the original Avengers (Thor, Iron Man, Ant Man and The Wasp) in a story set in the early days of Marvel by Doug Moench and Herb Trimpe! The second story is "Earth Shall Have A New Master" featuring Bloodstone and a surprise ending (by Steve Gerber and Alan Kupperberg). There is also a special feature in this issue - a Hulk "Gallery of Villains" by David Kraft with early artwork by George Perez!
