It looks like the final Dynamic Forces signed JLA/AVENGERS is finally out (although at the moment, their website still does not list #4 to be available).
I still want to stress that DF does not have customer service (they do not answer their phone, they do not reply to emails, etc), and that it normally takes two weeks for them to fulfill orders. I do not recommend ordering anything directly from Dynamic Forces, but ordering it from a third party dealers (like through Ebay or your local comic store) should be fine.
