According to this Ebay item, the remark of Superman or Batman head sketch is located on the back cover.
The Certificate of Authenticity reads: "specially limited series of twenty-nine copies and re-marked with (Batman/Superman) Head Sketch by George Pérez and Tom Smith."
The statement is confusing. It is actually autographed by George Pérez and Tom Smith, however I am assuming that the head sketch is done by Tom Smith, because the previous three JLA/Avengers Remarked editions were all done by Tom Smith.
