The Infinity Gauntlet Keepsake Collection (Comic Images, 1991) had 6 black & white 6" x 9" plates which reprinted the covers to The Infinity Gauntlet #1-6. Accompanying the plates were 6 uncut cards reprinting the covers in color, which I've attached. (Scan from abs-cards.net/checklists; click on 'Marvel Keepsake Collections,' then '6-card panel' in the Infinity Gauntlet section.)
