Meant for release in Jan. and Feb. 1996, Handbook to the Malibu Ultraverse #1 and #2 were never published. George was slated to contribute to both issues, as seen in these descriptions from Marvel Vision #1 (Jan. '96) and Marvel Vision #2 (Feb. '96). The artwork accompanying the description for #1 is by Bryan Hitch, while the art meant for the cover of #2 by Jeff Matsuda looks to be accompanying the description for that issue.
