    A note - Darkman Vs. Army of Darkness #4 does not have a Black and White incentive variant. The ad for #4 that ran in Dynamite's comics says there is one, but the listing for #4 on Dynamite's website only mentions the Negative Art Edition variant. If I recall correctly, the inside front cover of #4 has images of all the covers for that issue, and there's no B & W variant shown. (Interestingly enough, the ad for #4 that ran in Dynamite's comics features George's art for the cover in black and white, so at least there's that.)
