Okay, so I've finally got the single.
I'm not terribly excited about the cover, which is probably the worst Morrissey cover of all time.
There were two version that I saw, a CD single and the DVD single. The CD version includes "My Life Is An Endless Succession Of People Saying Goodbye", which was not on the DVD. The DVD version has a live version (and video) of "The First of the Gang to Die", which, I guess, is taken from the M.E.N. Arena on 22 May 2004.
The behind-the-scenes photos accompanied the b-sides gets boring really fast.

If you're cheap, like me, you can convert your DVD single to CD audio through either a DVD Audio Ripper or the free Audacity. You will need the "Lame" plugin to convert the file to MP3.

'First Of The Gang To Die,' the second single from Morrissey's highly acclaimed album, You Are The Quarry, is finally in stores! It is available in three formats (CD single, DVD single and 7" vinyl) and features three fantastic new B-sides. In the USA, the DVD and 7" versions will be released on 7/20.
