Some copies of the US album on cd came with an interview cd from a recent KROQ interview.
A one-track cd of "Alma Matters" was pressed in the US to promote the single of the same name and this album
(Mercury, MECP274). A second one-track cd was sent at the end of the year to promote the album. This time the
track was "Satan Rejected My Soul" (Mercury, MECP337).

US LP release date is 5 August 1997
US cd and cassette release date is 12 August 1997
